CAMPBELL-BANNERMANThis matter appeared to me to be one in which the points at issue, which were not quite clear, would be more probably brought to a settlement by a personal conference than by a continuance of the correspondence. The Local Government Board will accordingly arrange for such conference through their Inspectors; and though there may be a little delay in 978 consequence of a recent change of Inspectors in the Dublin district, I trust a final decision will be come to before long.
