§ SIR THOMAS BRASSEYIn the ensuing financial year the number of men on the Camperdown will be reduced, not on account of any imperfection in the design, but for the purpose of completing certain ships in a more advanced stage of progress. The amount of construction proposed for the Camperdown in the Navy Estimates for 1885–6 will be carried out.
