LOWTHERThen, Sir, in that case I will give Notice that I will take an early opportunity of asking the Prime Minister whether it is the case that the Ottoman Ambassador Extraordinary, in reply to certain questions addressed to him by Lord Granville, stated that it would be difficult seriously to entertain a proposal which involved an appeal to "the one anti-human specimen of humanity" to co-operate in retarding "the saintly mission of the Divine Figure from the North?"
