§ THE CHANCELLOR OF THE EXCHEQUER (Mr. CHILDERS)I hope to make the Financial Statement on the first Thursday after the Thursday on which the House meets—namely, the 16th of April. Our present intention is to lay on the Table the Vote of Credit before that time, but not to take a vote upon it.
