§ LORD EDMOND FITZMAURICEThe French Government have notified to the German Government their intention to exercise the right of search of neutral vessels. The notifications to this effect, which have been published in the German Official Gazette, show that the communications received by the German Government from the French Government are similar to those received by Her Majesty's Government from the French Ambassador in London upon this subject.
