asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department, If he will lay upon the Table a Copy of all Correspondence between the Home Office and the Sheriff of Devonshire relating to the late attempted execution at Exeter?

SIR WILLIAM HARCOURT,

in reply, said, he had addressed a letter to the High Sheriff of Devonshire on this subject; but the Correspondence was not yet complete. When it was, he would show it to the right hon. Gentleman, and place it on the Table if he desired it.
