asked the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland, Whether the Government has expressed any disapproval of the conduct of its representative in Ireland in permitting festivities in Dublin Castle at the time when the city was in mourning for the chief dignitary of the National faith of Ireland, the late Cardinal M'Cabe, whose body was then lying in state?
