THE MARQUESS OF HARTINGTONThe 4th (Militia) Battalion of the East Kent Regiment was dismissed from its annual training on the 30th of May. The Inspection Return has not yet been received. The enrolled strength of the battalion on the 1st of June was 192 non-commissioned officers and men; but it gave 260 transfers to the 3rd Battalion on its recent embodiment.
