MR. GORST

asked the Secretary of State for War, How many ships are now afloat laden with material of the projected Suakin-Berber Railway; what the cost of this material was to the Government; what amount of demurrage is being paid to the shippers by reason of the material not being landed; and, what attempts have been made by Government to get rid of this material by a sale or otherwise, and with what results?
