BIGGAR,in reply, said, he had never known a case in which there was so much anxiety to have a Bill defeated as in regard to this particular Bill; and he did not feel disposed to withdraw his Notice of opposition, and thus assist Sir George Colthurst, who was a nephew of the hon. and gallant Member for Cork County, to rob the ratepayers.
