§ THE CHIEF SECRETARY FOR IRELAND (Sir WILLIAM HART DYKE)The auditor began his audit on the 2nd of last month, but found it necessary to adjourn. He resumed on the 1oth instant, and has completed the audit. His Report will, I understand, be received by the Local Government Board this afternoon. He has verbally informed the Board that his Report contains allusions to some irregularities.
