§ THE SECRETARY OF STATE FOR INDIA (Lord RANDOLPH CHURCHILL)The hon. Gentleman put a Question to mo on the 21st of June to the same effect as the Question on the Paper, and which I then answered. I have nothing whatever to add to the statement I then made.
