§ THE SECRETARY TO THE TREASURY (Sir HENRY HOLLAND)said, that this was also a very simple Bill. It provided that the Charity Commissioners should, subject to the approval of the Court of Chancery, make a scheme for the distribution of part of the Pole-hampton Estate.
§ Motion made, and Question, "That the Bill be now read a second time,"— (Sir Henry Holland,)—put, and agreed to.
