§ THE FIRST LORD OP THE ADMI RALTY (Lord GEORGE HAMILTON)said, that there was no probability of the introduction of a Supplementary Estimate to provide for the pay of Admiral Hobart-Hampden. He thought that such a small sum could be obtained out of the Supplies already granted.
