§ MR. CAMPBELL-BANNERMANMr. Oliver Nugent was placed in the Commission of the Peace for the county of Cavan in September last, on the recommendation of the Lieutenant of the county. He is a gentleman of considerable property in the county, and has a residence there; but is understood to be at present serving with his regiment.
