As an Amendment to Sir Stafford Northcote's Motion on Egypt and the Soudan, to move to leave out all the words after the word "That" to the end of the Question, in order to insert the words— This House continues to support Her Majesty's Government, in the confident belief that in the affairs of Egypt they will act in accordance with the principles of foreign policy upheld by the First Lord of the Treasury at the period of the General Election of 1880.
