§ MR. J. K. CROSSAn agreement has been entered into with a Company for the construction of the Bhopal, Gwalior, and Cawnpore line and certain branches, in all about 605 miles. Communications have also been opened with another Company for the construction of the Calcutta-Nagpore line; but the state of the Money Market has hitherto prevented a definite arrangement being made.
