§ MR. DEASYasked the Postmaster Genera], Whether the Post Office authorities intend to make the alterations in the mail service to and from Kinsale which the Town Commissioners have suggested to them?
§ MR. SHAW LEFEVREThe day mail to Kinsale is forwarded by the first available train, and the suggestion of the Town Commissioners could only be complied with by establishing a train specially for the Postal Service at a cost out of all proportion to the correspondence to be benefited. I regret, therefore, that it is not practicable to meet the wishes of the Commissioners.
