CAMPBELL-BANNERMANThe Irish Government have been the medium through which certain correspondence has been carried on between the Treasury and the Fishery Piers and Harbours Commissioners with respect to the allocation of the remaining balance of the fund, but they have stopped no communication whatever. The last letter on the subject, dated the 11th of last month, was addressed to the Fishery Piers and Harbours Commission, and has not yet been replied to.
