§ MR. ROLLS
asked Mr. Chancellor of the Exchequer, Whether the figures at pages 8 and 9 of the Statistical Abstract from 1869 to 1883 are correct in showing the amount received for Income Tax during the four years ending March 31st 1884 as exceeding that for the four years ending March 31st 1880 by the aggregate sum of fourteen millions one hundred and seventy-three thousand pounds?
