THE MARQUESS OF HARTINGTON,in reply, said, that the question of the vacancies for Captains in the 4th Royal Irish Fusiliers (late Cavan Militia) had been referred to the Military Authorities in Ireland, with whom such appointments rested, and he had not yet received their answer.
