§ MR. COURTNEYIt is contemplated to appoint a Committee to inquire into this Department. If that be done, it may be matter for consideration whether their Report can be laid on the Table. But it would be out of place to make public any Report received from the Treasury Remembrancer, because it is a confidential document.
