asked the First Commissioner of Works, Whether he understands that the Committee appointed to examine plans for the restoration of the exterior of Westminster Hall, laid bare by the abolition of the Law Courts, has power to deal with all plans for becomingly utilizing the available space, and is not confined to questions of archæological architecture?
