§ Resolved, That it is expedient that the recommendations contained in the Report of the Committee appointed by His Excellency the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland, on the application of the Secretary of State for the Home Department, to consider and revise the List of 1801 for the 1439 Promulgation of the Statutes in Ireland, and the Revised List contained in the said Report, should be adopted; and that the Controller of Her Majesty's Stationery Office should be authorized and directed to cause the printing and delivery of copies of the Public General Statutes and the Public, Local, and Private Acts, according to the mode of distribution contained in the said Report and Revised List; and the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland, with the sanction of the Treasury, may vary the distribution anthorized by the said Revised List from time to time—(Mr. Campbell-Bannerman.)
