GLADSTONEI proceed on the assumption, which, I understand, is agreeable to the general expectation and arrangement made, that the debate on the second reading of the Franchise Bill will terminate this evening. In that case we shall propose on Monday that the Speaker leave the Chair, and that the House go into Committee on the Bill.
