asked the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland, Whether any new arrangements are to be made with respect to the offices of the Special Resident Magistrates in Ireland; and, if so, whether the House will be afforded an opportunity of discussing these arrangements before they come into force?
