MR. JUSTIN M'CARTHYasked the Secretary to the Treasury, Whether any steps have yet been taken to remove the grievances admitted last Session to exist in the Registry of Deeds Office, Ireland?
§ MR. COURTNEYI must demur to the implication that any grievance was admitted; the only admission is that some men in this Office are too good for their work. Special inquiries have been made into the condition of the Office, and I expect to receive very shortly a Report from the Treasury Remembrancer upon it.
