asked the Under Secretary of State for the Colonies, If it is the intention of the Government, contrary to the opinion expressed by the Royal Commissioners appointed to inquire into the affairs of the Windward Islands, to sanction the appointment of Mr. Charles Hewetson Collymore to the office of Provost Marshal of the Island of Grenada?
