§ MR. EVELYN ASHLEYNo decision has yet been arrived at on the points mentioned; but my noble Friend (the Earl of Derby; is in communication with the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, and both the Colonial and Foreign Office are giving their earnest attention to the matter.
