§ Resolved, That it is expedient to authorise the payment of a Stamp Duty on any Copy of Memorandum of Enfranchisement, of the same amount as if it were a deed of conveyance, which may become payable under the provisions of any Act of the present Session, for amending the Copyhold Acts, and promoting the Enfranchisement of Lands of Copyhold and Customary Tenure, and of Lands subject to Customary and other incidents and rights.
