§ MR. SHEILasked the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland, Whether cases listed for hearing before the Sub-Commission of the Land Court at Navan in April 1882 are still unheard, while many cases listed since then have been disposed of; if so, why?
§ MR. TREVELYANThe Land Commissioners inform me that if there are any cases which were listed for hearing at Navan in 1882, and are still undisposed of, they must be cases for the adjournment of which there were special reasons. If any cases can be named by the hon. Member that were listed so long ago as April, 1882, the cause of their being still undisposed of can be explained.
