§ MR. FAWCETTSir, there are objections to the adoption of the suggestion of my hon. Friend the Member for Colchester (Mr. Causton); because, if printed or other matter were allowed to be pasted on the back of a post card it would, I think, be difficult to maintain the distinction between a post card and a letter.
