moved, as an Amendment, to add at end of Clause— Provided, that any form of return, order, notice, or document required to be given to or served on the occupier under the principal Act shall, except where the owner or lessee is liable to he assessed or to pay any rate or tax in the place of the occupier, he doomed to he sufficiently given or served, notwithstanding this Act, if addressed to such occupier and left on the premises to which the return, order, notice, or document relates.
