§ SIR WILLIAM HARCOURT, in reply, said, he was not aware that any practical difficulties had arisen in the way of burial boards getting ground for new cemeteries. Difficulties had 1038 arisen on other points; but he was not aware that there had been any difficulty as to the physical acquisition of land.
