MOWBRAYreported from the Committee of Selection, That they had selected the following Five Members to be the Chairman's Panel, and to serve as Chairmen of the two Standing Committees to be appointed under the Resolution of the first of December 1882:—The Eight Honourable Sir Lyon Playfair, Sir Matthew White Ridley, the Eight Honourable George Sclater-Booth, William Shaw, esquire, and Sir Henry Hussey Vivian.
