HC Deb 03 March 1884 vol 285 c332
MR. SEXTON

asked the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland, Whether the Commissioners of National Education in Ireland have yet furnished any statement to him with regard to the suggestions of the Catholic Bishop of Meath as to the industrial training of girls; and, if so, whether he will lay it upon the Table?

MR. TREVELYAN

Sir, the Commissioners are making special inquiries upon this subject through their Inspectors; but these gentlemen have not yet made their Report.

MR. SEXTON

Will the Report be laid on the Table of the House?

MR. TREVELYAN

I will ask the Commissioners.
