§ THE SOLICITOR GENERAL (Sir FARRER HERSCHELL)expressed a hope that the hon. Member would postpone the second reading, as the Government were in communication with others in reference to it.
§ MR. TOMLINSONsaid, it had already stood over for some time; but at the request of the hon. and learned Gentleman he would not object to a further postponement.
§ Debate further adjourned till Thursday.
