THE LORD ADVOCATE (Mr. J. B. BALFOUR)I have received from the hon. Member the printed paper referred to, which I understand from him is being circulated in Skye. Its circulation was not known to the authorities there. I have directed that endeavours shall be made to discover the author and printer, and also the per- 1389 sons by whom the paper is being circulated.
