MR. GLADSTONEThe hon. Member is aware that we are endeavouring to go through the Estimates in their order. I am not able, therefore, to give a positive answer to this Question. But I hope that by Monday I may be able to give a positive answer; and we should take care to take the Zulu Vote at the commencement of a Sitting. That is the pledge that we have given, and we must adhere to it.
