§ MR. WARTONknew nothing at all about the Bill, and, therefore, would like some explanation of its provisions from the Government.
§ MR. EVELYN ASHLEYsaid, he had simply moved the second reading on behalf of the hon. Gentleman in charge of the Bill, who informed him that it was a Bill to protect cockles.
