§ Resolved, That it is expedient to authorise the payment, out of moneys to be provided by Parliament, of any costs of removal of Prisoners, which may become payable under the provisions of any Act of the present Session for making further provision respecting the removal of Prisoners and Criminal Lunatics from Her Majesty's possessions out of the United Kingdom.
