§ MR. TREVELYANA Constabulary officer has private apartments over the Post Office at Athlone. He lives there to suit his own convenience, and not by direction of the Government. He enters 1784 the house by a private door, and his rooms are quite separate from the Post Office, with the business of which he never interferes in any way.
