§ MR. FAWCETTSir, in reply to my hon. Friend, I may say that negotiations are already in progress with the Post Office of Austria-Hungary for the establishment of the money-order system between this country and Austria-Hungary, and I hope to be able soon to conclude a convention for that purpose.
