Bell, an official court valuer under the Irish Land Commission, appears in a published statement as that of a subscriber of £2 to the funds of the County Louth Branch of the "Property Defence Association;" and, whether, considering the nature and effect of the duties with regard to landlord and tenant litigants which devolve upon the valuers of the Irish Land Commission, Mr. Bell will be retained in the employment of that department?
