MR. O'SULLIVAN

asked the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland, If he would direct the Local Government Board in Ireland to prepare and to perfect all deeds of conveyance for the purchase of land for sites for labourers' cottages under "The Labourers' (Ireland) Act, 1883," so as to avoid the enormous expense which will be thrown on the occupiers of the labourers' cottages if isolated action has to be taken in each case throughout the Country?
