§ MR. TREVELYANI can give no further answer to this Question at present than I have already done more than once during the present Session. At the same time I admit that if anyone has a right to ask a supplementary Question on the subject it is the hon. and learned Member. The Government will bring forward the Bill as soon as they see a chance of passing it.
