said, the House having last night approved the principle of the Bill for the extension of the hours of polling in certain boroughs, he proposed to commit it pro formâ on Monday next, in order that it might then be reprinted with some necessary corrections. He should then be quite willing to postpone for a few weeks the consideration of the clauses in Committee, in order that the Bill might be discussed in the constituencies.
