MR. GLADSTONEsaid, he must repeat the answer he had given yesterday 100 respecting the order of priority to be observed in dealing with Notices of Motion which no opportunity could be found of introducing at that Sitting. It would be entirely without precedent to move the Adjournment of the Debate on the Address at 4 o'clock that day, in order to make way for private Members' Bills.
