HC Deb 05 February 1884 vol 284 c39
MR. GLADSTONE

I beg to give Notice of my intention to ask for leave to bring in a Bill to amend the Law-relating to the Representation of the People of the United Kingdom. I wish to bring that Bill in on the first day at the disposal of the Government—on Friday, if the state of Business will permit; and if not, on the first day thereafter that shall be at our command.
