§ MR. SHAW LEFEVREIt is the case that within the last few months the proprietors of the newspapers at Bolton and Preston have been required to pay the cost of late attendance for the receipt of news; and this is in accordance with the usual practice elsewhere. The charge is not contrary to the Act quoted by the hon. Member.
